Another Sheetz could be coming to Prince William County.
A special use permit request has been submitted for a gas station, food store and restaurant, and drive-through on Independent Hill.
The Sheetz, if approved, would be constructed on 3.69 acres at 14237 Dumfries Road, near Colgan High School.
In the comprehensive plan, the site is zoned as agricultural and is classified as a “Flexible Use Employment Center.”
A Sheetz is being built on 2.44 acres at Mapledale Plaza in Dale City.
The Board of County Supervisors (BOCS) approved its construction in July.
