Many Northern Virginia residents who choose to live by themselves require certain services. A new business is providing assistance at their homes.
Home Helpers Home Care has been established, according to a release. It’s run by Louis Vaughn, a Navy veteran, and Stephanie Vaughn, a Marine veteran.
“Seeing how many people in our community, especially those with remote family, were left alone and in many ways helpless during the pandemic was heartbreaking,” Stephanie Vaughn said in a release. “By launching this venture, we are able to provide a individualized care platform for families in our community that specifically tailor attentive home care needs and companion services for all people, wherever they call home.”
The in-home care option helps those in and around Woodbridge, Lorton and Stafford County. It offers various services, such as 24/7 response to emergencies, wellness calls, care based on an individual’s needs, and preparing meals.
