After 50 years, the Spring Occoquan Arts and Crafts show will be getting a makeover.
According to a release from the Town of Occoquan, the craft show is being replaced by RiverFest in 2020.
Attendees of this one-day celebration can expect live entertainment, a beverage garden, food and river activities.
The Fall Occoquan Arts and Crafts show will remain unchanged.
However, the new RiverFest will complement the other single day events hosted by the town, such as the Music & Movies on Mill summer series WinterFest and Discover Occoquan.
For those interested, more information on this new celebration will follow in the coming months.
The last Spring Occoquan Arts and Crafts show is being held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
