New names are being considered for Stonewall Middle School in Sudley and Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas.
The public can weigh in on the decision on Monday.
Between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m., a virtual meeting about the renaming process is being held by Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS), according to a release from PWCS.
Name suggestions are going to be accepted by both Naming Committees.
Anyone interested in talking must sign up in advance. They can do so by registering on GoToWebinar and filling out the form by 6 p.m. on Monday.
If you would like to participate in the meeting but don’t want to speak, simply register on GoToWebinar.
Community members may also submit written comments before Noon on June 29.
Those planning to provide name suggestions during the meeting are also encouraged to submit written comments in case technical difficulties occur.
The meeting can also be accessed by calling +1 (213) 929-4212 and using the code — 367-732-540 — or viewed by Comcast customers on Channel 18 or by Verizon FIOS customers on Channel 36.
