Music and community, a winning combination.
The Fringe Benefits, an area band, will be performing in Manassas to kick off the red kettle collections effort hosted by The Salvation Army, in partnership with the Manassas Rotary Club.
According to a Prince William Chamber of Commerce release, The Fringe Benefits will play at Malone’s on Main Street, at 8 p.m. on November 21.
More information on the performance from a release:
Malones has kindly agreed to allow the band in coordination with the Manassas Rotary club to collect donations for the Salvation Army. It will kick off the “red kettle” collection efforts that typically take place in front of WalMart stores closer to Christmas.
Additionally this will be the band’s first appearance in Manassas since their connection with Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. Some Fireball promotional items will be given away during the show.
The area band features 4 vocalists including the talented and engaging Julianna Smith. The 5 piece band plays 80′s pop, classic rock, current hits and motown! The band’s clients/events include Live Nation, CPAC, World Police & Fire Games. The Gainesville Times wrote “… incredibly talented vocalist who sings with such emotion, clarity and soul.” See live performance video of the band here.
