Going to the movies will be another entertainment option in Prince William County.
Drive-in movie nights are coming to Woodbridge this summer.
Lake Ridge Rotary Club, Woodbridge Rotary Club, and the Prince William County Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism are hosting Movies at the Pfitz.
Films will be shown at the Pfitzner Stadium parking lot, 7 County Complex Court, in July and August.
Here’s the movie lineup:
- July 25: Raiders of the Lost Ark
- August 1: Grease
- August 15: Field of Dreams
- August 22: To be determined
Car passes cost $30, and food trucks will be set up. Tickets for Movies at the Pfitz can be purchased on eventbrite.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit Prince William County non-profits.
“You know, we’ve all been stuck indoors for the last four months and, if anyone’s like me, they’re excited to get out and be out and get entertained in a different way than just watching Netflix at home,” Lake Ridge Rotary Club President Ben Hazekamp said. “So, this is a way to do that, while also supporting local non-profits who are struggling right now in our community.”
