As a way to give back to the community, Better Homes Key Advantage Realty in Montclair will be making a donation to Azalea Charities’ Corporate & Community Giving Plan for every home that they sell.
According to a release, if the home the company sells is less than $250,000 they will make a $50 donation, and for homes that sell for more than $250,000, they will make a $100 donation.
For the month of July, members of the company presented Azalea Charities with a $1,100 check.
“I don’t know of a charity that covers as much as Azalea Charities. I love it that my team can sell homes to our community and local Veterans and return some of that success to help those two groups. I urge other realtors to look at the positive impact of Azalea Charities and consider similar support,” stated Better Homes Key Advantage Realty owner David Luckenbaugh in a release.
The donation will be used by Azalea Charities and ‘Aid for Wounded Warriors’, according to a release.
Azalea Charities’ Corporate & Community Giving Plan has made a fundraising goal of $5 million for the 2017-2018 year.
