Your child may be able to get a free membership to the Boys & Girls Clubs.
According to a release, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington and InTotal Health, the U.S. military, and Prince William Soccer, Inc., have partnered to provide free sponsored memberships to eligible children.

Who’s Eligible: Any youth, ages 5-18 with InTotal Health Insurance
Where Can They Register:Any club in the Virginia Region (click the link for location info)
Requirements:InTotal Health Card must be presented at time of registration, Clubs staff will make a copy for our records. Membership registration form must be filled out in full.
Deadline: This program is on-going, no deadline
Free Memberships Sponsored by Prince William Soccer, Inc.
Who’s Eligible: Youth who have registered to play soccer with Prince William Soccer, Inc.
Where Can They Register: Any club in the Prince William County (click the link for location info)
Requirements:Must show proof of soccer league participation at the time of Club registration. Participation must have taken place between September 1, 2015-August 31, 2016. Membership registration form must be filled out in full.
Deadline: August 31, 2016
Free Memberships Sponsored by the United States Military
Who’s Eligible: Dependent children in Active, Guard or Reserve military families. Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Air Force or Marine Corps. Veterans or Wounded Warriors.
Where Can They Register: Any club in the Virginia Region (click the link for location info)
Requirements:Must show military ID. Membership registration form must be filled out in full.
Deadline: November 20th, 2015 (this program will usually renew again in the new calendar year)
