Manley Garber has watched a fair amount of Prince William County’s history play out.
The former Northern Virginia Electric Cooperative (NOVEC) board member spoke about it recently.
Robert Moser from Historic Prince William, a non-profit that promotes historical preservation and shares historic information with the public, interviewed him.
Garber helped bring electricity to much of the county during the 1940s.
He received the Charles J. Colgan Visionary Award from the Prince William Chamber of Commerce at the Business Awards in 2018.
