Following the unexpected resignation of Manassas School Board member Ellen Purdy, the City of Manassas is now looking to appoint a new member.
According to a release, the appointee will serve out the term until December 31, 2016.
Individuals interested (who must be City of Manassas residents) in the appointment should send letters of interest and a resume to the School Board to the following address:
