The American Red Cross is holding a blood drive at Manassas Mall this Friday.
According to a release, the event is being held from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., in the Community Room next to Sears.
Participants are welcome to walk-in or make an appointment.
“The American Red Cross has an urgent need for blood and platelet donors of all types. While thousands of people have responded to the emergency call for donations issued by the American Red Cross in the wake of hurricane Harvey, there continues to be an urgent need for blood. Blood donors of all blood types are needed, but emergency need remains high for type O negative and O positive blood donors. One donation can help save up to three lives,” stated a release.
