Manassas resident Jerry Baker is exhibiting his work in the Manassas City Hall this month.
Each month the Manassas City Hall, located at 9027 Center Street, rotates artist exhibitions for residents to see, according to a release.
Baker, who is a retired government employee, has decided to use his retirement to focus on his passion for the arts, according to a release.
More on Baker’s exhibition, from a release:
Baker’s art pieces range from pencil sketches to charcoals and are an eclectic mix of portraits, designs and still life. Baker sees himself as a “copycat,” using buildings, album covers, and photographs as inspiration for his creativity.
Residents are able to visit the exhibit free of charge, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays, stated a release.
