Local monuments can be seen in a new light.
Between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday, the National Museum of the Marine Corps is holding a Luminary Tour at Semper Fidelis Memorial Park in Quantico.
The public may visit and learn about the United States Marine Corps’ history
Luminaries will be placed along the park’s path spotlights are going to light up the monuments.
If severe weather is expected, the self-guided Luminary Tour will be cancelled, with an announcement made at Noon on Friday.
