More than 300 volunteers will be volunteering for Comcast Cares Day on April 22.
Comcast Cares Day is a day in Northern Virginia where volunteers come together to work on a full day of service projects for the community.
In Prince William County, Comcast, Leadership Prince William (LPW), and Action in Community Through Service (ACTS) will be working together on projects from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The day will kick off at Dumfries Town Hall at 17755 Main Street with a rally, before volunteers head to work on projects with ACTS in the area.
Volunteers ages 10 and above are welcome to join, and volunteers are asked to bring work gloves and any small yard tools that you can.
All volunteers will be provided with lunch and event t-shirts.
