Another year is coming to an end, and this transition into 2023 brings a time of reflection.
Many changes have occurred in Prince William County this year, and even more since we started What’s Up Prince William (WUPW.News) in Fall 2015.
One thing that has remained the same is our commitment to supporting local non-profits. In 2022, WUPW.news provided more than $11,000 worth of media coverage to them.
The organizations we have promoted this year include (click the name of the non-profit to learn more about it):
- Cold War Museum: The Cold War Museum aims to share the history of the Cold War.
“Our main priority is helping local non-profits share information with the public,” Editor Erin Jones said. “We are glad that our company is able to support the community in this way.”
Any organizations interested in being highlighted can reach out to the media site by emailing infor@wupw.news.
WUPW.news is funded by HomeTowne Auto Repair & Tire and Steve’s Auto Repair & Tire, two auto repair shops that are located in Woodbridge, Virginia.
