The Manassas Art Guild is exhibiting some beautiful paintings at the Manassas City Hall this month.
City Hall does visual art display exhibits each month from local artists. Residents can visit for free during the week from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and when evening meetings are held in the building, according to a City of Manassas release.
This month, the pieces are mixed media and include acrylics, watercolors and quilling and will be available until March 11, stated a release.
The Manassas Art Guild’s mission is to promote appreciation and participation in visual arts, and this exhibit is a part of that effort.
Artists participating in this exhibit, according to a release:
Maureen Guillot, Herald Grandstaff, Laura Lavarnway, Janet Hansen Martinet, Stephanie McGhee, Ann Null, Connie Ryman and Marti Whitehead.
