Veterans are receiving assistance for legal services.
“Wills for Veterans” is being offered to retired service members, spouses and caregivers.
The Prince William County Bar Association (PWCBA) and the Prince William Area Agency on Aging are supporting the free program, which allows participants to prepare wills and legal documents.
Organizers will provide information and education during the first session on September 21, according to a release from Prince William County. The class will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On October 5, attendees are going to turn in questionnaires and meet with attorneys.
They will meet with attorneys, notaries and witnesses on October 19.
Participants may take the documents they sign home as long as they attend all of the sessions. The meetings are occurring at the Manassas Senior Center, 9320 Mosby Street in Manassas.
