Many community members will be keeping their eye on the sky at an upcoming event.
The 2018 Leaseweb Manassas Airshow is being held at the Manassas Regional Airport on May 5.
Food vendors, aircrafts, robotics and display vendors are among the event’s features, according to Manassas Airshow Chairman Kevin Rychlik.
“It’s going to be a great time featuring the Canadian Harvard four ship Aerobatic Team … sea harrier, the United States Air Force Heritage Flight team with an F22 and P51 Flyover, and a lot of other exciting performers,” Rychlik said.
Event attendees will also see local performers, including the Flying Circus.
The free event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the rain date is May 6.
Officials will announce by Noon on May 4 if the airshow’s rain date will be used.
