Heroes are being recognized this month.
The Lake Ridge Rotary Club is planting 100 flags for its Flags for Heroes event.
Veterans, active military members and first responders are among those who are being honored through the display.
Those passing by the County Government Complex in Woodbridge between Friday and the morning of November 13 will see it.
Sponsorships are available and community members are invited to plant and take down the flags.
