Runners and walkers have just over three months to prepare for a Woodbridge 5K.
IWALK for ACTS is scheduled for October 7. The fall event takes place at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, 15201 Potomac Town Place.
Starting at 8:30 a.m., the race will be followed by a family festival that features games and activities.

Proceeds from the annual fundraiser support Action in Community Through Service (ACTS). The Dumfries-based non-profit runs a variety of programs, including a thrift store, Hunger Prevention Center, and housing services.
