Prince William County runners and walkers still have a few months to prepare for an annual event.
This year’s IWALK for ACTS is taking place at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center, 14900 Potomac Town Place in Woodbridge, on October 5.
Check-in for the 5K begins at 7 a.m. The opening ceremonies and race start at 7:40 a.m. and 8 a.m., respectively.
Those interested in participating may register on the IWALK for ACTS website.
Proceeds from the program will support Action in Community Through Service (ACTS) in Dumfries.
ACTS is a non-profit that provides various services to county residents.
