ITB Crossfit in Woodbridge is now officially open.
The facility opened its doors last week in a grand opening at their location at 2701 Neabsco Common Place, Suite 130 in Woodbridge. The Crossfit gym is located near the new The Flats at Neabsco apartments, and across the street from Freedom High School.
“My passion for Crossfit comes in seeing transformations in people that are doing Crossfit…whether they’re looking to lose weight, or train for a particular activity or event – whether it be a triathlon or a marathon – it really does transform people’s lives,” said owner Marti Velezis.
