Two information technology (IT) companies are joining forces.
Computer Services of Northern Virginia (CSONV) has merged with Quad M Tech, which will be the name of the combined company.
For more than 22 years, Quad M Tech in Manassas has provided IT support for Northern Virginia businesses.
CSONV, which started more than 11 years ago, offers “onsite staffing,” according to a release from Quad M Tech.
“We are very excited to combine the superior engineering skills and cloud knowledge of Quad M Tech with management and staffing services of CSONV,” CSONV CEO William Price said in a release. “Doubling in size will enable us to provide a much more complete and secure service portfolio to all of our clients.”
Price will be the new COO of Quad M Tech.
