One restaurant is celebrating National Pancake Day by giving back.
IHOP is giving out free pancakes until 7 p.m. today, according to its website.
Customers can receive a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes and have a chance to help children who are ill.
Today, the diner is seeking to raise $5 million for children’s hospitals and health organizations.
Those interested in donating can do so at IHOP franchises or online.
IHOP has collected about $30 million for its community partners since it began National Pancake Day in 2006.
