Transportation leaders are trying to improve safety and address traffic in Woodbridge.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is seeking input on possible updates for the I-95 and Route 123 interchange, a project that’s included in the I-195 Corridor Improvement Plan. More information about the plan is available on the VDOT website.
On average, I-95 sees as many as 232,000 cars daily at the interchange, according to a release from VDOT. Route 123 has an average of up to 71,000 vehicles.
Community members can provide their thoughts in a survey until April 19. The questionnaire and information about the study can be found on the VDOT website.
