If you’re on I-95 today beware – the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is doing emergency bridge repair work right now in Spotsylvania.
According to VDOT, there will be delays and a double lane closure on I-95 northbound at the Ni River Bridge, as a steel plate has come loose from the bridge.
The right two lines are blocked at mile marker 121, according to VDOT.
“Crews are on the scene to make the emergency repairs and secure the steel plate which may take several hour,” stated a release.
