Cuddling with kittens and relieving stress are perks that a couple of Dumfries events are offering.
Abate Wellness and the Humane Society of Northern Virginia (HSNV) have two Kitty Yoga sessions scheduled before the end of the year.
The programs begin at 10 a.m. on November 19 and December 17. They will be held at the humane society, 17983 Dumfries Shopping Plaza.

While the kittens and cats are roaming around, attendees will be led through 45 minutes of yoga. Afterward, they have a chance to play with the felines and tour the facility.
Tickets for the November 19 program and December 17 program cost $40. They may be purchased on eventbrite. The proceeds being used to support HSNV, which is powered by Advocates for Abused and Abandoned Pets (A3P).
Participants must bring their own yoga mat and arrive 15 minutes before the Kitty Yoga sessions start. Parking directions will be provided via email.
