Recycling used batteries can be a hassle.
A Woodbridge-based automotive repair shop is hoping to ease the process.
HomeTowne Auto Repair & Tire is accepting used batteries for laptops, cars, motorcycles and tools.
The batteries will be brought to the correct facility.
“Here at HomeTowne we’ll take them — free of charge — that way we can do our part to help the environment,” General Manager Rich Campbell said.
