The county is hosting a HOA/COA Leadership Seminar on October 20 in Woodbridge.
Hosted at 5 County Complex Court from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., the seminar will discuss issues relevant to leadership in homeowner’s associations and community associations.
The following topics will be discussed:

“VCAP ~ Virginia Conservation Assistance Program”
“The Role of Property Code Enforcement in HOA Communities”
“Annual Meetings & Elections”
