History is coming to life at Prince William Forest Park.
The Triangle-based attraction is hosting a Heritage Festival.
Food venders, beverages and music are a few features of the program, which is running from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on September 14.
It will also offer blacksmithing, archery, cross-cut saw demonstrations and crafts for children.
Parking is going to be available at the cabin camp 1 ball field. Attendees will receive a ride to the free event, which is being held at cabin camp 4. Handicap parking can be found at the cabin camp 4 theater.
Leashed pets may be brought to the Heritage Festival.
