An upcoming event is encouraging healthy lifestyles.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 18, a free Health and Wellness Expo is occurring in Woodbridge.
The Prince William County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority (PWCAC DST) and the Prince William County Community Foundation (PWCCF) will host it at Freedom High School, 15209 Neabsco Mills Road.
Zumba, free medical screenings and health suggestions are being offered at the event, according to a release from the PWCAC DST).
It will also have refreshments, raffles and door prizes
Participants can become familiar with resources and speak with exhibitors, as well.
