Woodbridge resident Harold Bailey has won $100,000 from the Virginia Lottery’s ‘New Year’s Millionaire Raffle’.
According to a release, Bailey picked up the ticket for the raffle on the way to visit family in North Carolina. The winning ticket was purchased at Sav-U-Time at 920 East Atlantic Street in South Hill.

Bailey currently works in human resources, and was already planning to retire later in the year, according to a release. He has no other immediate plans for his winnings, aside to pay bills.
