The Habitat for Humanity Prince William County ReStore is hosting a summer donation drive.
The ReStore, which sells secondhand furniture and home goods, uses funds raised from sales to work on Habitat for Humanity’s projects in the county.
For the drive they’re offering free pickup service for donated items including appliances, building materials, furniture, lighting fixtures, and cabinets.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore offers free pick-up service on Mondays through Saturdays. For individuals that would like to drop off donations, they can bring them to the ReStore at 10159 Hastings Drive in Manassas, on Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
“Every item donated to the Habitat ReStore helps to improve the lives of families in need of better shelter. This year, proceeds from our Habitat ReStore helped rehab homes in Manassas and Woodbridge,” said Operations Director at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore Sam Druetzler.
All donations for the summer donation drive are tax deductible.
