Last fall, Will Boyd joined the What’s Up Prince William team.
Throughout the year, the Graphic Designer has worked on a variety of projects, including illustrations, brochures and magazines.
Boyd recently moved to Tennessee to be with his fiance, Marina. Before embarking on his next journey, he sat down and described his experience at What’s Up Prince William.
Creating posters are some of the projects Boyd has enjoyed working on, because they allowed him to be creative.
Working at the media outlet has shown Boyd what it’s like working at a business that needs a graphic designer.
“The people I work with are fun, energetic, and they’re exciting, and you get to learn new things as you work with them,” he explained.
Boyd’s positive attitude and determination will be missed at What’s Up Prince William.
“I am constantly impressed by the work Will produces,” Editor Erin Flynn said. “I am fully confident that he will do great things, and I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for him.”
What’s Up Prince William is funded by Steve’s Auto Repair & Tire and HomeTowne Auto Repair & Tire in Woodbridge, Virginia. The shop owners are very community oriented, assisting with various organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club, Salvation Army and Scouting.
