County residents will be deciding the fate of local chefs this weekend.
The Prince William Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Prince William, a local non-profit, are holding an annual fundraiser on Sunday.
Gourmet Guys Give Back will occur between 1 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. at Linton Hall School in Bristow.
Participants have an opportunity to try dishes made by “celebrity chefs” — or community members who are well-known — and vote on their favorites.
Here are a few of this year’s chefs:
- Dave Merli
- Harry Horning, II
- Bradley Marshall
- Ben Hazekamp
- Bill White
- Conrad Holtslag
- Bennett Whitlock
- Ken Krick
- Vim Kumar
- Vicente Garcia
- Shan Lateef
Santa will be stopping by the event, which will also feature children’s activities, live music and a bake sale, according to a release.
Tickets cost $10 for children who are 6 to 13 years old and $25 for individuals 14 and older.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit programs and activities run by LPW and the chamber.
