One activity is growing in popularity in Prince William County.
Little Goat Farm at the Lake in Nokesville is offering goat snuggling until May.
During the snuggling sessions, community members can hold and feed newborn goats.
“I think it’s just so spiritually and so wonderfully mentally rewarding,” said Susanne Marsh, owner of Little Goat Farm at the Lake. “There’s nothing more precious than a baby goat. And it doesn’t scratch like a cat or bite like a dog. They’re super precious to hold, and wonderful to bottle feed.”
Visitors can also interact with other farm animals, including chickens, llamas and alpacas.
Fresh eggs, honey, fruits and vegetables can be found, as well.
The farm also plans to offer goat yoga throughout the summer.
Those interested in signing up for goat snuggling, farm tours, events and birthdays parties can purchase tickets on the Little Goat Farm at the Lake website.
