Members of an area marching band are sharing their music with New York City residents.
Students from Freedom High School in Woodbridge are participating in the New York City St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday.
Fifty members of the Soul Squad Marching Band will perform five songs, according to a release from Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS).
The parade started in 1762. It’s taking place on Fifth Avenue, where St. Patrick’s Cathedral stands.
