Independence Day activities are a couple of months away, but planning has started for a local celebration.
Applications are being accepted for the Dale City Fourth of July Parade. The deadline is June 15.
Various sponsorship opportunities are available, as well.
Sponsors must submit artwork and logos in a JPEG or PDF format to the Parade Committee by June 15.
Businesses and organizations may also sign up for a space at Family Fun Day, which follows the parade.
Tents, chairs and other needed items should be brought by the group. A posted county license or temporary permit is required to cook or sell food. Free food cannot be given away at the booth.
The parade application, sponsorships, and Family Fun Day booth sign ups can be found on Jotform.
