Members of the public have a chance to work on any fitness-related New Year’s resolutions.
Various Prince William County sites are offering first day hikes on January 1.
They will be held at the following locations:
- Bristoe Station Battlefield Heritage Park
- 10708 Bristow Road, Bristow
- 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Conway Robinson State Forest
- Near Manassas Battlefield Park in Gainesville
- 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- Leesylvania State Park
- 2001 Daniel K Ludwig Drive in Woodbridge
- 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
- Manassas National Battlefield Park
- 6511 Sudley Road in Manassas
- 10 a.m. to Noon
- Neabsco Creek Boardwalk
- 15125 Blackburn Road in Woodbridge
- 9 a.m. to Noon
