The newest exhibit at the City Hall in Manassas features the work of artists from the 11th annual Paint! Manassas competition.
Paint! Manassas is a “plain air, or outdoor, competition where participants focus their pieces on buildings, settings or people they see in the Historic Downtown area of the City of Manassas,” according to a release.
The winners for the competition were as follows:
Mackey’s by Michele Frantz
Bruu Doorway, by Todd Cumpton
Grounds Central, by Karen Suarez.
Honorable mentions were given to Maria Briganti, Rachel Garcia-Palmer, Laura Lavarnway, and Sarah Prados.
Individuals can come check out the pieces for free at 9027 Center Street, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each month a new exhibit becomes available for viewing.
