SNVMC is partnering with Action in Community Through Service (ACTS) for their 7th Annual 5K run/walk fundraiser and Family Festival on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center! The Family Health Connection Mobile Health Van will be on-site and nurses will be available to take blood pressures and distribute information on health-related topics and services offered at Sentara.
