Guided Imagery Meditation for Beginners: Meditation is a state of consciousness that can be experienced only through a direct and intuitive level. Being in meditation allows you to exist within your own space and beyond your own space. It is simply the art of focus. The breath is essential for beginners in learning meditation. The process is guided and offers support to the student to explore visualization, concentration, letting go, observation, acceptance and surrender. This 45 minute class is designed to encourage the creative process with sound healing music. The last 15 minutes we will open up to a meditation talk circle, share if you want to share. Alice will also give you some science behind consistent meditation and the amazing health benefits.
