Artwork Delivery Dates:
*Delivery
will occur during the week of December 5.
(*Exact
dates and times will be sent to all accepted student artists via confirmation
email. Students are responsible for delivering their art to ARTfactory –
9419 Battle St, Manassas, VA 20110.)
What is “Off the Wall”?
The highly anticipated Off the Wall competition
returns for its 19th year! Each year
the area high school students are invited to share their talent by
participating in a high school art exhibit and competition sponsored by
Lockheed Martin. The competition encourages student expression and creativity
in a professional setting.
The exhibit includes student work in the following categories: Art &
Technology, Painting/Drawing, Poetry, Wearable Art, and our newest
category: Photography! Each category is adjudicated by a professional in
the field.
Traveling Exhibition:
At
the closing of the exhibit on Jan. 30, some or all of the Off the Wall #19 artwork will travel to Lockheed Martin’s Manassas
location for a month long exhibition. It
is optional to participate in the traveling exhibition.
Who is eligible to enter?
All students grades 9-12 who are currently enrolled in public, private or home
schools in the City of Manassas, Manassas Park, & Prince William County are
eligible to participate.
