Candlelight Tour
6 p.m.-8 p.m.; Free, $5 suggested donation
During four years of war, hundreds of Civil War soldiers were buried in the area around Bristoe Station. Some died in the two battles that were fought for control of the railroad. Others succumbed to disease when they were encamped in the area from a few days to a few months. While some remains were removed after the war, many still reside in the area. This special candlelight tour of the battle will highlight some of the soldiers who died at Bristoe Station.
