The Latino Festival highlights the food, music, and art of our area’s Latin American communities, with live performances throughout the day, including Mariachis and Pinatas for the kids! The event is free and open to public. The 2017 Manassas Latino Festival will be held on Sunday, September 24 at the Harris Pavilion in old town Manassas.
