The invitational, which saw 179 entries last year, offers three categories: painting and drawing, digital design and photography.
Students must articulate this year’s theme, “Water Makes Everything Happen” in their pieces.
To be considered, students must turn in registration forms, photo releases and labels for their pieces to the Raymond Spittle Building at 4 County Complex Court in Woodbridge.
Submissions are due by 5 p.m. on February 14. An award ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. on March 8.
