The Town of Dumfries is looking for volunteers for their annual Christmas parade.
The parade, which is being held on December 5, will begin at noon, according to Brittany Heine, Director of Community Services for the Town of Dumfries.
“We are currently in the planning stages for our Annual Christmas Parade and are asking for volunteers to serve in various positions on Parade day! Volunteers will be provided with a FREE T-shirt,” stated Heine.
The following positions are available:
Morning Check-In (3+)
Dignitary Hospitality Room Hosts (5)
Parade Route Managers to assist with safety and parade traffic (20+)
Additional volunteers as needed for the parade and tree lighting
