Did you have symptoms of the Coronavirus. If so, did you get tested?
These questions are part of a survey from the Prince William Health District (PWHD).
The six-question survey is intended to get a better picture of Coronavirus testing in the Prince William County community. It can be taken on the Prince William County’s website.
The PWHD’s mission is to promote the well-being of the people of Virginia as well as protect their health.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Coronavirus symptoms include cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, muscle pain, fever and chills.
Visit the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) website or the CDC website for more information on the Coronavirus and how you can protect yourself.
