Between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the Solid Waste Division is running its Compost Awareness Day event at the Sean T. Connaughton Community Plaza, 1 County Complex Court in Woodbridge.
The annual program will feature workshops on various topics.
Door prizes and samples of compost are going to be handed out and a 4-H Club will sell bins and plants.
