The Dale City Civic Associaton, the Bel Air Women’s Club, and the Lutheran Church of the Covenant are working together to provide backpacks and school supplies to area students.
According to Pastor Darcy Tillman, the supplies will be going to students at Neabsco Elementary School, Bel Air Elementary School, and Dale City Elementary school as a “majority of the student’s families are at or below the poverty level. “
The groups are currently talking donations and plan to distribute supplies before the school year begins.
